Our client is looking for a sales Account Executive to be responsible for cultivating relationships and introducing our hedge-fund products to the Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) community as well as high-net-worth clients and prospects.

Responsibilities include:

* Educating clients about the products on the our platform
* Contacting and qualifying leads
* Following up after Sales VPs’ initial RIA sales visits, including:

CFO / Controller

The key responsibilities of this role include:  Creating forward-looking, predictive models to inform management decisions
 Preparing regular reports to management, including monthly profit-and-loss forecast by division (vs. budget) and weekly cash-flow forecast
 Analyzing the financial performance of the business units and providing recommendations  Developing new tools to provide critical financial information to the CEO  Developing and overseeing the budget, with close scrutiny of expenses and trends  Overseeing sales payouts – front-end loads and continuing commission trails

Essential Requirements: 7+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably in the hedge-fund and

- Financial reporting and consolidated financial statements - P&L management - Budgeting - Internal control processes
- Regulatory compliance Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance
Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with outside vendors such as administrators, custodians and auditors
Outstanding skills in functioning effectively in an environment where flexibility, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple and rapidly changing priorities are required

Experience with broker-dealer and introducing-broker capital and reporting requirements

Requirements:

• M.B.A. or similar credential
• 7+ years of experience in Financial Services marketing
• 5+ years of experience in alternative investments with in-depth knowledge of hedge fund and managed futures strategies
• Deep understanding of investment management and ability to apply analytical skills to describe and communicate complex investment strategies
• Familiarity with high-net-worth investors, registered investment advisors (RIAs) and broker-dealers (BDs)
• Understanding of regulation and compliance governing BDs and RIAs and the marketing of hedge funds, as well as managed futures investments.

COO - Director Of Hedge Fund Operations

Our client seeks a highly talented, senior-level, operations professional who will play a pivotal role in executing funds’ business strategies, as directed by senior management (position title determined commensurate with experience). The successful candidate will be deeply and actively involved in the ongoing building, implementing and overseeing of funds’ operations infrastructure and day-to-day business functions. The COO will report to the President, and will work closely with him, other funds executive officers, and key department heads of our client or other affiliates, and will be responsible for carrying out or supervising the following functions:

• Overseeing all operations for hedge funds and commodity pools sponsored by our client
• Working closely with senior management and financial and accounting staff on revenue modeling and sales forecasting
• Leading new fund product launches and existing product updates and other initiatives
• Advising senior management on appropriate resource allocation
• Assisting with development and implementation of the funds marketing plan and branding efforts
• Coordinating marketing efforts with distributor networks and their sales representatives
• Interacting with the funds’ senior management and department heads of affiliated companies on research, marketing, technology and compliance projects
• Working closely with internal and outside counsel on all compliance and legal aspects of funds’ operations, including, for certain products, ongoing SEC public reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance functions
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key business partners and service providers, including distributors, prime brokers, custodians, administrators, and auditors
• Negotiating key contracts with distributors and service providers, as directed by senior management
• Overseeing annual audit processes and coordinating with outside auditors
• Assisting in the development and oversight of annual budgets, including forecasting and cash-flow management
• Identifying, developing and implementing process efficiencies and technology improvements

Background/Experience Needed

• Exceptional track record of success in senior-level positions in the financial industry
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ hands-on operations experience with one or more hedge funds and/or commodity pool organizations
• Prior experience with hedge funds or commodity pools registered with the SEC in various capacities (e.g., registered investment companies, public commodity funds, public reporting companies, etc.)
• Comprehensive understanding of and familiarity with the compliance and legal frameworks in which hedge funds and commodity pools operate
• Verifiable experience with service providers (administrators, prime brokers, auditors, custodians) in the hedge fund space
• Superb leadership, execution and communications skills
• Strong people-management capabilities

Research Team with significant due-diligence responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting on-site and conference call due-diligence meetings with leading hedge
